RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Remember that you have up to 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of your order to change your mind and return the purchased Products, returning them within the following 14 (fourteen) days.
For further information, consult our Returns Policy in art. 6 of the general contract conditions.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ON WWW.NOYBWEAR.COM

To make the return request, you can access the order status at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your account.
If you have not registered on www.noybwear.com, or if you do not want or cannot access your account, you can exercise the right of withdrawal and make the return, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of your order, by sending to NOYBWEAR any other explicit declaration of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal or by completing the Withdrawal Form, which must be sent via registered mail, certified e-mail, courier with return receipt to Noyb Wear s.r.l., via Giulio Caccini 1 – 00198 – Rome or by email at noybwear@noybwear.com.
On the package you will have to indicate the sender's details and the recipient's details.
You can make the return using a courier you trust, with a registered letter with return receipt or using a courier indicated by NOYBWEAR.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE ONLINE WITH COURIER?
On noybwear.com you have the possibility to change your mind and return your purchase by communicating within 14 days of receiving the products, and returning the products within the following 14 days.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You can ask NOYBWEAR to organize the collection of the return with a courier by sending a request to the following email address noybwear@noybwear.com. Remember that courier costs are your responsibility and must be paid in advance.

CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF THE RETURN?
You can check the delivery status of your return by following the instructions provided by the courier you have selected or, if you made the return with a registered letter with return receipt, checking the status of the shipment on the website www.posteitaliane.it.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE RETURN LABEL?
If you have decided to return the product using a NOYBWEAR courier, the return label will be provided to you via email containing all the instructions for carrying out the return.

THE COURIER DID NOT PICK UP, CAN I BOOK A NEW RETURN?
If the courier did not come to collect the package on the scheduled date, or did not find anyone at the time of collection, you will have to contact them to organize a new collection.

I MADE THE WRONG SIZE/ITEM/COLOR OF MY PURCHASE, CAN I REPLACE IT?
To carry out the replacement, you can follow the instructions for withdrawal contained in article 6 of the General Conditions of Sale

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO KEEP THE ITEMS, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have changed your opinion, please do not ship the products.
However, the return request following withdrawal cannot be cancelled.

I HAVE ALREADY SENT THE WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN FORM AND I WANT TO ADD OTHER PRODUCTS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately, the online withdrawal and return form cannot be modified after sending.
Therefore, make sure you correctly choose all the items you wish to return by courier.
If you wish to return other products that you did not include in the return request, you can send a new withdrawal request, within the terms and according to the methods indicated in the art. 6 of the General Conditions of Sale

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
The refund will be made using the same method you chose on our site at the time of payment.
The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request, provided that we have received the returned products and that the condition of the Products complies with the return policy indicated in the art. 6 of the General Conditions of Sale, NOYBWEAR being able, until then, to withhold the refund.

ARE THE INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS ALWAYS REFUNDED?
If you have returned only some of the products you purchased, keeping others, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you have returned all the products purchased by you, the shipping costs will be refunded provided that we have received the returned products and that the condition of the products complies with the return policy indicated in the art. 6 of the General Conditions of Sale, NOYBWEAR being able, until then, to withhold the refund.
