HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER

As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email where you will find the link to monitor the shipping status and check for any problems with the courier in identifying your address.

You can also consult the shipment status at any time in the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your account.

The order tracking link is activated within 1 day of placing the order.

HOW MUCH DOES MY SHIPPING COST

The cost of standard shipping is indicated in the tables above.

The cost varies depending on the total weight of shipment.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ONLINE ORDER BY COURIER?

Estimated delivery by courier in Italy is between 1 – 2 working days in Northern Italy, and  2 – 4 working days in Southern Italy and the islands, including the smaller ones.

Estimated delivery by courier in Europe is 3 – 4 working days.

These times are valid for all orders placed before 2:00 pm.

All orders completed after this time will be processed the next business day.

In conjunction with particular events (seasonal sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc) and/or holidays your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant care in respecting the established times.

I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

At the moment, it is not possible to change the shipping address of an order.

If you made a mistake, we recommend contacting our Customer Service at the following email servizioclienti@noybwear.com  providing the order number and correct address.

We will take care of contacting the courier and verifying the possibility of delivering the order to the new shipping address.

Unfortunately, we cannot immediately guarantee the change of the shipping address, as it is subject to variables that do not depend on us.

WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?

Depending on the order delivery area, the shipment will be taken care of by GLS or SDA couriers. In the shipping confirmation email you will find a link to track your order.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES NOYB SHIP TO?

At the moment NOYB ships their products to the following countries: Italy, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Ireland, Malta, Belgium, Spain and USA.

The list of countries to which we ship our products is constantly updated.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND SHIP IT TO A COUNTRY DIFFERENT THAN MY OWN?

Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours, but the destination country must be included in those where NOYB products can be shipped.

To do this you must first of all select the desired destination country from the menu you find on our website.

The billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but prices and sales conditions may be different depending on the country to which you wish to deliver.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM A COLLECTION POINT?

At the moment it is not yet possible to receive the product at a collection point.

However, we work daily to implement the list of our commercial partners and provide delivery as soon as possible both to collection points and to dedicated lockers.
